Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) consists of full-contact combat that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts, such as boxing, capoeira, karate, kickboxing, and/or wrestling. Choose one focus area, or all of them and we'll create the perfect class for you. Classes are available in-person or online.
