Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art primarily focusing on grappling and ground fighting. It teaches the principles of leverage and technique to obtain control on the ground, as well as provides a greater position to resolve conflict by using submission holds.

BJJ classes are tailored to fit your skill level, whether you're a beginner or intermediate.

Coach Paris works on technique through grappling, drilling, and rolling to provide you with the tools you need to excel both on and off the mat. 

Gi and no Gi options. All ages and skill levels welcome.
